It is the policy of Bukit Fraser to maintain an Effective and Efficient Quality Management System (QMS) that delivers its products meeting customer’s Quality Expectations and needs whilst remaining competitive.
The Company has developed a Quality Management System and implemented in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 with the following principle objectives:
- To define the quality levels and operational controls necessary for the products and services supplied by the Company
- To fulfill and exceed clients requirements & expectations to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
- To promote the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System of the Company.
In order to achieve these objectives, it is necessary to continually improve and update our systems, target company goals and measureable quality objectives, which are set and reviewed within the framework of the Management Review meetings.
Quality Assurance Manager is nominated as Management Representative who has the authority and responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the Quality Management System and for reporting its performance to top management.
The Management & Operating Procedures defined in this Manual and its supporting documentation is mandatory for all staff, who shall be made aware of the Quality Assurance requirements.
This policy and associated procedures are regularly reviewed in order to maintain their effectiveness in enhancing the company’s performance.
